Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha spoke to the media after the third joint meeting between the DP deputies and the Gazment Bardhi group.
According to him, the meeting was very fruitful and the positions on the parliamentary agenda were discussed in it.
During his speech, Berisha called on all Kuksians to vote for the "Together We Win" candidate, Emri Vatan, on Sunday, September 24.
"Full solidarity was expressed with Emri Vata, who is running in the Municipality of Kukes after a moral and comprehensive exposure of the representative of Edi Rama, who was a copy-paste of Edi Rama. Emri Vata has the full confidence of everyone DP deputies, I believe that he will turn the vote into transparent services and dedication to the citizens of Kukës. It is an opportunity to call on all the citizens of Kukës, wherever they are, but who have a voting center in Kukës, to come on Sunday and with their vote to sign the beginning or the dawn of a great change that awaits Albania. The meeting discussed the parliamentary agenda extensively, decisions were made which Mr. Bardhi will communicate to them. I say it was a very fruitful meeting. ", Berisha said.
The elections for the Municipality of Kukës will take place this Sunday, September 24. In this election, the Socialists will compete with Albert Halilajn, while the duo Berisha-Meta under the logo of the coalition "Bashke Fitomje" with the candidate Emri Vata.
The partial elections in Kukës will be held only for the head of the Municipality and not for the Municipal Council, after the arrest of Safet Gjic, who was involved in an erotic video scandal with the citizen Alma Kaçi in his office.
