Democratic deputies who support the former prime minister Sali Berisha and Gazment Bardhin are holding a joint table today in Kukës.
Since the elections in Kukës are on September 24, the meeting was moved to the city of Kukës, where the opposition has proposed Emri Vata.
Also present at this table was the democratic deputy, Ervin Salianji, who underlined the importance of the opposition having a clear position on the electoral reform. Also, Salianji expressed his firm position, as he emphasized that anyone who votes for the government should be excluded from the PD group.
"To have a clear position on the electoral reform, I have been speaking for open lists for years, but we must clarify the "market" for lists with primaries. Anyone who votes for the government and joins them against the will of the majority of the PDSH parliamentary group should be expelled from the group. Auxiliary government formations cannot be camouflaged as opposition MPs", said Salianji.
