A distance clash between Balla and Bardhi was seen outside the doors of the Parliament, as the democrat was giving a speech to the media. The camera saw the moment when Balla accused Bardhi of being used by Berisha. But the democrat also had an answer stating that gangs use it.
Balla: Saliu uses you
Bardhi: Oh Taulant, you use the gangs and we didn't tell you anything, man
As they had warned, the deputies of the group of Sali Berisha and Gazment Bardhi have caused chaos in the Assembly today, causing the vice president Ermonela Felaj to announce the postponement of the session only 20 minutes after it had started.
From the start, the opposition MPs had blocked the chairs of the ministers, after they were sitting in them. Sali Berisha, who occupied the pulpit, went live on his Facebook social network to communicate with the citizens and from there he threatened the majority of its MPs that he will expel them. After a few minutes of chaos, it was PD deputy Flutura Açka, the pro-Basha group, who left the plenary session first, followed by the majority deputies.
At the end of the session, the administration of the Assembly turned off the lights, but Sali Berisha and his deputies continued to give speeches. According to Berisha, this is the first day of their revolt to protect, according to him, parliamentarism.
