Tensions at the Olympic Park, Noka's message to commissioners: Don't count any votes from Greece

Flamur Noka, Secretary General of the Democratic Party, arrived at the Olympic Park in Tirana on the eve of midnight, where the diaspora votes were collected.

Noka is heard addressing the DP commissioners, telling them that they will not count any votes from immigrants from Greece. "Let the CEC deal with them," Noka is heard saying.

He then spoke to the media, where he stated that the DP has information about manipulation of the envelopes coming from Greece.
