The Prime Minister of the country, Edi Rama, today called an urgent conference to convey his concern about the situation in Kosovo.
Rama said that the fate of Kosovo is at stake, which is in danger of shrinking, and calls for reaching an agreement with Serbia, based on the draft proposed by France and Germany: the Statute of the Association of Serbian Municipalities.
He also said that he is praying that Kosovo will not be sanctioned by the international community because of the position it is taking.
Rama further said that Kurti should withdraw the police and hold new elections in the north.
