Sali Berisha reacted to Edi Rama's proposal for the Association.

"Today Edi Rama obliged and informed the Albanians that he has drawn up and submitted the text of the Association agreement for municipalities with a Serbian majority. The text was written in Belgrade and then rewritten in Tirana.
