The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, has once again commented on President Bajram Begaj's decree regarding the by-elections to be held on November 9.

In front of the General Secretary of the Liberal Party, Tedi Blushi, Celibashi responded to the opposition's accusations in the Laws Committee.

He said that the CEC does not have the authority to assess the constitutionality of the President's decrees.

"The CEC does not have the authority to assess the constitutionality of the President's decrees, but in terms of responsibility it has the obligation to prepare the electoral process," said Celibashi.
