The truth seems to be deeper than that, and in this case the investigation did not start by chance, but as part of an international report, which comes from the depositions of arrested Albanian drug traffickers in several European countries.
In the report, which was not distributed to the Albanian authorities, but which was submitted to SPAK by the homologous prosecutions, there is talk of a network of senior officers, who not only abuse their duties, but are also the main actors of traffic and rackets. it or the fine against the entrepreneurs.
The report states that those arrested in several European countries have testified that they are nothing more than 'small fish' and are not controlled by a real narco-trafficking dome.
