Edi Rama and Sali Berisha have continued to exchange accusations at a distance.
And while the Democratic leader said during a press conference that Edi Rama had been canceled from an official dinner during the head of government's visit to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in October 2022, the Prime Minister chose to ironize it with a video of an owl, while Berisha's voice was in the background.
"I was ashamed when I found out that the head of the Albanian drug lord had been denied an official dinner at the Council of Europe because he had behaved like a giant and not like a prime minister, in the most unworthy way, and he hid this from the Albanians," Berisha is heard saying in the video.
"The free flow continues...", Rama writes in his reaction.
