Veliaj said that even though he is locked in a cell without trial, he will not stop raising his voice.

Olsi Dado's blind attack against me and my family is completely a "contract killing" on behalf of Sali Fundërrina. There is no doubt now that this so-called prosecutor, but in fact a "hire killer", has feverishly distributed the file full of idiocy across the online channels of the DP, without me even knowing what's there, in that private channel of his, but today, as if it were Sunday, I am referring you to page 35, point 19, where the failed violinist writes:
"...Also, per diems to be spent abroad in official meetings have been declared as income, as well as travel tickets abroad, which must be purchased by the Contracting Authority, Tirana Municipality through the public procurement procedure. Under these conditions, the question arises who covered the expenses abroad of citizen Erion Veliaj while he saved on per diems...".
What a horror to deal in 2025 with the toys of a brain like the State Security in 1975!
And imagine that this clown himself, in his 2009 wealth declaration, declares: "Income obtained from per diems"! Not only that, but in the same declaration, Bruce Dado also declares as his income the amounts "transferred from the Council of Europe for travel per diems". There is nothing wrong with this, let's be clear!
The bad thing is this later, when the spokesman and spokesperson of the prosecutor general at that time, have today armed themselves with the sword of SPAK to cut off the heads of innocent people, with arguments that only a half-idiot and half-criminal is not ashamed to write.
Referring to the legislation on income tax, the term "per diem" means food expenses and these are what all state employees receive from the state budget itself. Which means that these are neither procured, nor is there any way to procure them, that with the logic of this scumbag, in order to receive per diems, state employees must enter a tender to see who receives the least amount of money for food! Do you understand how incompetent, shameless and arrogant this guy is?
On the other hand, of course, declaring a certain amount and its source as income does not mean that this amount was saved, and even more so that this amount may have been inherited by a third party... as strangely enough, the question arises for this prosecutor, who should be stripped of his professional rights as an element dangerous to human logic and should be granted free medical treatment for frightening amounts of water on the brain!
It is precisely the declaration, in fact, that legitimizes the expense and, on the contrary, failure to declare may mean that the travel expenses were covered by someone else.
Now I am also raising a few questions since the matter was resolved:
1. Why was the prosecutor surprised that I declared the per diems as income, when I had done this myself?
2. If in my case, the prosecutor had the question: "who covered the expenses abroad of citizen Erion Veliaj while he saved on the per diems", does not a reasonable suspicion arise that in the case of citizen Ols Dado, we may be dealing with an individual who has made a mess of his declarations?
3. Why did we consider in his case the "per diem" to be declarable income, while in my case an own goal punishable by imprisonment, without trial?
Further still:
- Has citizen Ols Dado traveled for services inside and outside the country these years?
- Did he receive per diems for these trips?
- Or did he not receive them because he did not need them?
- Because if he received them and did not declare them, at best, he made a false declaration, but at worst, the question arises for himself: who covered the prosecutor's expenses because he did not need to receive the state allowances that he is entitled to by law?
- But when he travels with inappropriate contacts and saves the allowances, rather than having others pay for them, should they be declared?
