DECIDE:
The approval, in principle, of the memorandum of understanding between Albania and the United States of America against the manipulation of foreign state information, according to the text attached to this decision.
This decision takes effect immediately.

Approval, in principle, of the memorandum of understanding between the government of the Republic of Albania (Council of Ministers) and the government of the United States of America, for the "Fulbright" academic exchange program, according to the text that is attached to this decision and is an integral part his.
This decision takes effect immediately.
