Historian Elena Kocaqi commented on Prime Minister Rama's last meeting with immigrants. From Thessaloniki, Rama did not leave without mentioning the 'Vorio Epirote' claims.
According to the historian, Rama's nationalist speeches are part of the campaign to collect votes. She adds that she is spending a lot of money and these funds come from somewhere.
"Speeches within the campaign. It is known how delicate the situation is with the emergence of new parties. They have placed both the opposition and the majority in position. The Prime Minister is spending a lot of money with these. These funds come from somewhere. Vorio Epirus does not exist in the sense that Greece says. The political class should have it, not now for an electoral campaign. This should always be said, not only for electoral campaigns. This is not said to get power and votes", said Kocaqi.
According to her, there are still circles in Greece that support expansionist policies.
