The KAS decided by majority vote to accept the PS's appeal and declare Celibashi's decision that differentiated postal votes from Greece invalid.
According to the decision of the Complaints and Sanctions Committee, Greece's votes should be administered by counting groups.
Following a request from the Democratic Party (DP), Celibashi decided to set aside the votes from Greece. The DP claims irregularities, arguing that many immigrants did not receive their envelopes and someone else voted on their behalf.
