The Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti has shown details of the meeting with the head of the CIA William Burns.
While thanking him for the visit, Kurti described the visit as evidence of the commitment and care of the United States of America for the security and prevention of security threats to Kosovo.
"The meeting went very well. And of course we have cooperation with the United States of America and this very important intelligence and security institution, first of all through the Kosovo Intelligence Agency. I thank William Burns for the visit to our country and this is another proof of the commitment and care of the United States for the security and prevention of any security threats to our Republic within the framework of bilateral relations with the USA and peace, stability, and regional security in the Western Balkans", Kurti said today, after the inauguration of the renovation of the Emergency Clinic at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo.
Last week, Burns made a "tour" in the Balkans. He first visited Bosnia-Herzegovina, then Serbia and two days at the end he stayed in Kosovo where he met President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Kurti.
