After the clashes between the EU envoys and Kurti's government regarding the establishment of the Association as a condition for Kosovo's admission to the Council of Europe, it seems that the international factor has softened the tone.
The Ambassador of the European Union in Kosovo, Tomas Szunyog, has requested more work and commitment for relations between Kosovo and the EU.
"After this relaxing day, we can continue to work to make the relations between Kosovo and the EU better... It is good that the citizens of Kosovo now have the right to travel without visas, but if you cannot travel you can come and see the diversity of the EU here in Pristina" , he said from the square of Pristina in the framework of the Europe Day activities.
We recall that after Kosovo's refusal to accept the Association as a condition for membership in the Council of Europe, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe did not put the issue of Kosovo on the agenda.
