After the blocking of the three border points Jarinje, Bërnjak, Merdarë in the north of Kosovo, the Serbs issued a list of demands which they ask to be fulfilled in order to open the border points.
They demand the withdrawal of the Kosovo police from the north and the taking over of control by KFOR. They also demand that the institutions be returned to the Serbs, which were closed a week ago by order of the Kurti government.
Among other things, they demand the release of the imprisoned Serbs from Kosovo and the sanctioning of Kurti by the international factor.
The demands of the Serbs:
1. To urgently withdraw the members of the KPS and ROSA special units from the north
2. Immediately return to the Serbs the occupied Serbian institutions
3. To withdraw the decision on the use of traffic documents
4. The UN Administration to assume its role under UN Security Council Resolution 1244
5. KFOR to take care of security in accordance with Resolution 1244 of the UN Security Council
6. To immediately return the occupied property to the Serbian owners
7. That innocently arrested Serbs be released immediately
8. To find and punish Albanian perpetrators of crimes against Serbs
9. That the international community impose sanctions on Kurti and the members of the so-called Government of Kosovo due to the daily violation of basic human rights and Resolution 1244 of the UN Security Council.
