A group of Serbian nationalists have received the permission of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia to block the border points between Serbia and Kosovo, starting from 18:00 today. "Geopost" has managed to discover that the main organizer of this initiative, Radomir Rojevic, is close to the government in Serbia, more precisely to Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandër Vulin, whose political entity is in coalition with the party of Aleksandër Vučić.
To support them, they will have the help of the terrorist organization "Mbrotja Civile", which is led by Milan Radoicic.
In addition to the Kosovo-Serbia border points, such as those of Merdar, Jarinja and Bërnjak, this activity will also include dark pro-Russian Serbian forces from Montenegro, who will be positioned at the point known as Kulle, but also at border points of Montenegro with Albania, known as Hani i Hoti.
It is not yet known whether the meeting of the former head of the BIA, Aleksandar Vulin, with Putin, which could cause new tensions in the Western Balkans, is connected with this blockade, but it is true that Radomir Rojevic, who visited Moscow in November 2023 and is friends with Vulin, he is the main organizer of this blockade.
According to the organizers, the blockades in the administrative points of Merdar, Jarinjë and Bërnjak will not be removed until the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kosovo withdraw from the northern municipalities. According to a document from the OSCE Regional Center in Mitrovica, Radomir Rojevic was a representative of the Yugoslav left in Kosovo, known as JUL – this party was founded by Slobodan Milosevic's wife, Mira Markovic, who died in Moscow in 2019. JUL was then headed by the current Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Serbia, Aleksandar Vulin.

Rojevic and Vulin were close friends even when Vulin was the director of the so-called "Office for Kosovo and Metohija" in the Government of Serbia. During this time, Rojevic was employed in this "Office".
Rojevic's political ambitions did not fade after his career with JUL. Today, he is the chairman of the management council of an organization known as the "Movement of the Kosovo-Mitrovica District". This movement, which lacks transparency in its operations, is a driving force behind planned border blockades.
On the other hand, Rojevic himself has concrete connections with Russia. In November 2023, he appeared as a panelist at a book presentation in Moscow at the MI Rudomino State Bookstore. The book's author, Danica Marinkovic, is a controversial judge known for her work during the Kosovo war, when Russia strongly supported Serbia's aggressive policies in the Balkans. During the discussions in Moscow, Rojevic called the leader of the OSCE Verification Mission in Kosovo "war profiteer".
The plan to block the border does not appear to be an isolated protest. It is part of a wider political strategy with regional implications with well-planned actions. The planned blockade targets key border points between Serbia and Kosovo.
Rojevic was previously involved with Bolja Srbija (Better Serbia), an association that shares its name with a conservative political party. In April 2023, Bolja Srbija officially merged with Aleksandar Vucic's ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), further consolidating Rojevic's influence at the highest levels of Serbian politics. Nedeljko Grandov from Nikšić will be the organizer of blocking the border point in Kulla, with Montenegro. He is known for his close ties with the Russian Federation - the Russian Center "Mayak". He will be supported by Nenad Korac, Bogdan Femic and Mirko Gojacanin.
In addition to the border points with Serbia and Kosovo, there are attempts to block the border point of the Republic of Albania with Montenegro, known as "Hani i Hoti", with the same goals. The organizer of the blockade is Milinko Sekulovic - Misho from Seljani village, Pluzhine municipality of Montenegro. He lives in Nikšić, while he has warned that the blocking of the border point will be organized by a group of citizens led by military veterans of the wars of 1991-2001 and members of the 7th Battalion of the Military Police.
Milinko Sekulovic was a participant in the protest near the border point Jarinje on 18.12.2022, where the goal was to burn the border point. Sekulovic was part of the organization of the protests that led to the overthrow of the democratic government of Milo Djukanovic known as "Litija". Also, Sekulovic belongs to the Serbian extreme right, with close ties to Russia.

With his deep ties to Serbia's political elite, his ties to Moscow and his role in nationalist movements, Rojevic represents a dangerous figure working behind the scenes to destabilize the region.
