The spokesperson of the EU, Peter Stano, has said that the question of reopening the Ibri Bridge for traffic is a question that belongs to the dialogue and that any decision about the opening should be taken within the dialogue.
He said that discussions are continuing and that the EU is cooperating closely with international partners in Kosovo. Stano has also called to avoid unilateral actions.
" The talks are continuing and the EU is cooperating closely with its international partners in Kosovo. The EU calls on all interested parties to refrain from any uncoordinated and unilateral actions" , said Stano.
As he adds, all agreements from the dialogue, including those for the bridge in Iber, must be fully implemented.
The topic of the Ibri Bridge was also raised as an issue in last week's meeting that Prime Minister Albin Kurti had with the QUINT ambassadors in Kosovo.
