The special envoy of the European Union for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak, will arrive in Pristina this afternoon.
Lajçak will meet with the heads of state of Kosovo to discuss the draft statute of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority.
It is learned that the EU envoy will first meet with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the Deputy Prime Minister, Besnik Bislimi. Meetings with representatives of the opposition in Kosovo are part of the agenda.
The visit to Pristina follows the last meetings in Brussels on October 26, where Kurti and the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, met separately with the leaders of Germany, France and Italy, as well as other EU officials.
