The special envoy of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, has stated that he is preparing for a new meeting between Pristina and Belgrade. Lajcaka emphasized that it is about separate meetings with the chief negotiators of Kosovo and Serbia, but did not give a date.
The news was announced by Lajcak himself on the social network "Facebook", where he added that it is time to advance the European integration of the Western Balkans.
He also emphasized that he also informed the members of the German Bundestag about the dialogue and the next steps, as he expressed his gratitude to them for their support in this process.
" It is time to take advantage of the opportunity to advance the European integration of the Western Balkans. On Friday I met with the US ambassador to Serbia, Christopher Hill. It's always helpful to compare notes and plan next steps. I am grateful for the excellent cooperation between the USA and the EU in the dialogue ", said Lajçak.
