Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that as the undisputed winner of the February 9, 2025 elections, the Vetëvendosje Movement is interested in moving forward towards the formation of the institutions of the ninth legislature as soon as possible.
During the Government meeting, Kurti said that as the incumbent government, they are very attentive and responsible in not allowing an institutional vacuum.
"Despite the irresponsible opposition calls yesterday for a state shutdown, the state is functioning: from the arrest of Serbian criminals, to the digitalization of fiscal cash registers, and to the publication in Shkodra of the Pristina-Durres railway project with 14 tunnels, 43 bridges, 7 new stations and a length of almost 106 kilometers," he said.
