The murder of Liridona Murseli looks like a well-planned event.
This is how the well-known lawyer in Kosovo, Arbër Jashari, expressed himself through a post on Facebook, raising doubts about the murder that shocked Kosovo.
According to what is known so far, Liridona Murseli was stopped by a robber while she was traveling by car with her husband and children.
He grabbed their wallets and phones, and then fired a gun at the car, where the bullet hit Liridona Murseli, killing her on the spot.
Lawyer Jashari says that robbers do not target citizens traveling by car, but institutions such as banks or jewelers. He says that robbers also do not shoot, only in cases where they feel threatened, but according to him it is unlikely that the robber felt threatened by a woman.
" Why did last night's criminal act in Pristina have more characteristics of a planned murder than a robbery? The robber does not rob private cars, because he does not take any risks. Robbers usually target banks, cars that carry money, businesses that have a lot of traffic (markets, gas stations, etc.), places that have valuables (gold, for example)
The robber knows that today people do not carry a lot of money with them, nor a lot of ornaments or other precious things. It is hardly believable that robbers take phones.
The robber did not intend to kill. It's primary purpose is to instill fear in order to get the booty. The robber kills only when his life or identity is in danger. It is unlikely that the robbers felt threatened, especially by a woman. I hope that this case will be resolved quickly ," the response said.
