Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic declared that Serbia will request holding the session of the UN Security Council, even though it will not be an easy session. According to her, the main goal of Albin Kurti with these actions is the ethnic cleansing of the Serbs in Kosovo.
"The session of the Security Council and the further struggle for Kosovo, which is part of us, will not be easy. I understand what Kurti is doing, but I can't understand why there isn't a stronger reaction from the international community," she said.
In an interview, Brnabiç said that the internationals have accepted that the removal of the dinar was not consulted and was not even mentioned in the dialogue sessions mediated by the European Union.
Even President Aleksandar Vučič said a day ago that Albin Kurti's goal is ethnic cleansing and the recognition of independence, but he guaranteed the Serbian citizens that he will stand by them.
Meanwhile, the USA and the EU have expressed concern about this decision of the central bank of Kosovo, not for the content, but for the way it was taken, without any consultation.
