" It has been a long time since I have spoken inside and outside Kosovo about the danger posed by these groups, which have been trained by the Serbian army for a long time. These are mainly structures of a paramilitary nature, which are heavily armed with military means, are prepared to fight in a military style, and have been bringing weapons illegally to the north of Kosovo for a long time, which culminated in the attack a few days ago, which, on the scale that was planned, was prevented by the Kosovo Police with its professionalism and preparation", Osmani said, as he expressed his deep gratitude for the exceptional work of the Kosovo Police in protecting the sovereignty, protecting the dignity of our state, but above all protecting every citizen of Kosovo, regardless of ethnicity, from these criminal and terrorist groups.
According to her, it is important that all security institutions and public institutions work tirelessly to prevent such attacks in the future.
" But it is imperative that we also have continuous coordination with our allies who are also guarantors of peace and security in Kosovo and beyond ", added the president of the country, on RTK Prime.
Meanwhile, regarding the continued aggravation of the situation, the first of the country stated that a country which is still led by the remnants of Milosevic, " of course we should expect them to toughen the tools they use against our country " .
" This means that in this difficult situation that we are facing, we must have maximum unity within our country, regardless of political affiliations, etc., that we must all be with one voice and joint actions in opposing such actions of Serbia , because this is the only way we support the security institutions, which are actually carrying the biggest burden for the protection of our sovereignty and deserve that we, as a policy, speak with one voice in defense of Kosovo", said Osmani .
