Former KLA fighter Meçan Zotaj spoke about the tense situation in the North of Kosovo, where according to him everything was planned.

Zotaj underlined that in addition to the planning of weapons, the Serbs also had ambulances at the border at the time the attack took place.

He emphasized that the moment the injured returned to their place, they were taken by ambulances and sent to hospitals.

" Those who used weapons are people trained by the gendarmerie forces and the Serbian army forces, they are people who were well-planned by Vulin and by the state institutions of Belgrade. In addition to the planning and modern weaponry that Serbia has done, they have had ambulances available at the border, when the wounded have returned there. As soon as the injured returned, the ambulances took them directly to treat them. Nothing is accidental, everything has been planned.
