Security expert in Kosovo, Bedri Elezi, spoke about the incident at the Skopje airport with the president of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.
He said that this is a provocation and that there will be consequences in the relations between Pristina and Skopje.
"What has happened is really a serious blow to interstate relations and at the same time it is a precedent which will probably be discussed in all states that have friendship and eventual relations with North Macedonia.
There is a standard security protocol for persons with high authority such as the president of the state where he has a security guard close to him who will carry out all the procedures that will be required from the place where he will be received.
But in no way in this form should the president of the state be asked for her phone, which will be considered a civil problem, then it will also affect the relations between the two states", said Elezi for "Ora News".
