The murder of Liridona Ademaj has shocked the public in Kosovo but also in our country, since the main suspect is her husband Naim Murseli.
During an interview, the victim's brother said that he was initially surprised by the news that his brother-in-law, Naim Murseli, had been arrested. He further stated that his father had told him that if Naim Murseli was a man, he would have protected our daughter and his wife and should not have left it like that.
"We told him, "Why don't you answer the phone because we called you. He said I don't have the phone, my phone was stolen. As we were calling you, the phone was ringing and someone hung up on us...he said "no, he said, my number and the whole phone have been taken by thieves".
And we said "no need to call the police and tell them that the number is open".
That night when we were in Pristina and performed the funeral ceremony, we came home because we had guests from all over the country. Once Naimi said: "I want to take the children because the child was here with us." And he came here and stayed, he stayed maybe half an hour to an hour. We got the children ready. Because the next day he said, after the day of the funeral at 8 o'clock the investigator asked me to interrogate the children. That night Naimi took the children from here and went to Pristina.
At 2 o'clock we took him to our sister to take him to the cemetery, we went to the cemetery we took him and buried him from 2 o'clock, after we buried him, we were told to hang out there until after dinner from 5 o'clock. After the burial was done, somewhere from 3 o'clock, until 2:30-3 o'clock, my parents and brother told me to "take my mother, wife and family members and go home" because maybe they had understood the occasion....
After we arrived at the house, the father said that "We shouldn't go there anymore because if he was a man he would have protected our daughter and his wife and he shouldn't have left her like that". After 5 minutes, the news circulated that Naim Murseli had been arrested and we were surprised," Liridona's brother, Leonrad Ademaj, confessed.
While the father of the deceased, Hajdar Ademaj, said that "Our suspicions arose when, for example, he did not appear in the case... we have no knowledge of where our sister is, where she is, we know that they told us that she is killed and we don't know where he is. They told us it's in the morgue, we don't have any kind of information. According to Liridona's family members, Naim did not come alive even in the sequel, if only to tell what happened that evening", stated Sadri Ademaj, Liridona's cousin.
How had the robbers ambushed their car, and why did the robber not attack it himself, but shoot at Liridona?
"Now he took me out, come for your money, grabbed two children and slowly left me. The child is 4 years old and 5 years old, and I went 1 kilometer away, don't tell me, don't turn my head away from your wife there, right there I got suspicious.
Even when the police came, no, they were a little late, then no, they were not late at all. Is there a camera behind the door or something? No, there is no camera. "Did you take money with you", because they took it. "Well, I have them behind" he said, once "no I don't, just a little while ago".
I said the gold that the girl has in her hand, who has it? "Not anyone".
I said why do they come out? Do you know, I saw that in his own words, the word did not touch a place. There I doubted him that 99% he is guilty, with his own group.
These are all unfaithful, even there they were conned as a group now with this Kushtrim Kukallin. I don't know how many days ago they found 15,000-20,000 Euros in a certain restaurant. Where did he get that money? Now these are moneyless, I don't know how well they have spoiled the brides with their own wives, to take it from others that they are moneyless. Now surely this one fell down. He needs to know that he has a luxurious life". /On the Target
