The three perpetrators of the tragic murder of Liridona Murselti have been placed in a high security prison in Podujeve.
The Director of Prisons in Kosovo, Ismail Dibrani has stated that the case has not yet been categorized and that those arrested for the case are not being treated differently from others.
" Obviously so far they are being treated like all other people. There is no difference ", declared Dibrani on RTV Dukagjini.
The Basic Court in Pristina has assigned one month of detention to the three suspects for the murder of Liridona Ademaj.
The High Security Prison is a high security institution, more European standards, it is spread over an area of 11 hectares consisting of different sectors, where the outer part consists of Administration facilities, while the inner part is located 3 Pavilions, Visitor facility, Kitchen, Laundry, Workshops, etc. The capacity is 390 beds, where each convict is placed separately in a room with a space of about 9 square meters.
Liridona Ademaj, 30 years old, was killed on Wednesday, November 29, on "Dalip Alshiqi" street in Pristina.
Initially, the Kosovo Police reported the case as "robbery with consequences of murder". Two days later, on December 1, the Police announced the arrest of three people, among whom was Liridona's husband, Naim Murseli.
