The Kosovo Police has taken control of the Banjska monastery. For more than an hour, special units entered there and arrested a large number of aggressors. There is talk of 8 killed and many arrested. Kosovo media have also published photos of the arrests. The photo shows the moment when one of them was sent to the police station.

One of the aggressors during the exchange of fire was injured and was transported to Pristina Hospital under strict security measures. The operation continues and the signals are that the situation is being brought under control.

Preliminarily, it is thought that the group of Serbian criminals consists of the special unit 'Cobra' and 'Brigade 72. There is still no confirmation from the Kosovo police about these last data. The police have so far confirmed 3 killed and 4 arrested.

We remind you that as a result of the attacks, one police official was killed and two others were injured on Sunday morning.
