Serbia is still silent about the Interpol arrest warrant against Radojčič!

The authorities in Serbia are keeping silent. However, the opposition there criticizes Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić for, as he says, the damage he is causing to Serbia.

After the issuance of the order by Interpol, where Milan Radojicic has been declared wanted on the basis of the charge of committing terrorist crimes in Kosovo, there is still no response from the institutions of Serbia. According to experts, any decision by Belgrade will be political.

"I think that Vucic's positive or negative answer will depend on what brings him more political damage. A proof of how much external pressure there is on Vučić, could be how the MIA and the prosecution will act based on the Interpol order and at what point. If he is arrested now, it means the pressure is on. If he delays it, we can conclude that the pressure is not so serious ," lawyer Aleksandar Ollenik told RTK.

After taking charge of Banjska, Radojicic was accused in Serbia of several serious crimes, but not of that attack. He was ordered not to leave Serbia. The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said that Radojicic will face serious procedures in Serbia, but there are no other details. A part of the opposition says that a very unpleasant situation was created for Serbia.

" Due to Vucic's policies, the threats against Serbia have returned. Vucic should explain to the citizens why Interpol is looking for Radojicic and 11 other people and tell what happened in Banjska. But my expectations are in vain, because we are dealing with a regime that is the same that during the nineties burdened Serbia with the mortgages of catastrophic and destructive policies ", said Srgjan Millivojevic, deputy from the Democratic Party in Serbia.

A part of the opinion in Belgrade asks whether in Europe Serbia's silence will be interpreted as concealment of criminal acts and whether it is possible to talk about a rule of law in case of non-respect of Interpol's decisions.
