The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated that the mayor of Leposaviq municipality, Lulzim Hetemi, receives various requests and threats from many sides every day to leave his office, but he has resisted.

Through an article on his social network "Facebook", Kurti thanked Lulëzim Hetem for his exemplary resistance to the Republic of Kosovo and law and order.

Lulzim Hetemi is the brother of the martyr Fatima Hetemi (who died heroically as a KLA soldier together with Fehmi and Xhevë Lladrovci on September 22, 1998).
