However, the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK) has discovered that another company that everyone knows is the Devolli brothers, is registered in the same way. It is about "Art Motion", a company that offers Internet service, IPTV, etc. Today ARBK has announced that it has suspended the license.
According to ARBK, "Art Motion" constitutes a "serious threat to public safety". " The business certificate of the company Art Motion is revoked by the acting director of the ARBK, due to the serious threat to public safety, caused by the violation of constitutional norms by this business itself, proven through the denial of the citizenship of the Republic of Kosovo during the registration, including the enjoyment of the status of foreign investor with all the benefits that it brings with the legislation in force, and in deviation of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo ", the decision states.
But the media in Kosovo have discovered that the scheme followed by "Art Motion" is identical to Klan Kosova.
According to " Kosova News ", the ArtMotion Company devoured the internet cable network and television content, especially the sports ones, monopolizing the market already in all of Kosovo.
According to the investigation, in hundreds of pages of documents issued in the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and North Macedonia, the ownership of Art Motion LLC is also complicated and has a fictitious owner.
According to ARBK data, the company that owns Art Motion SH.PK is another company registered in Kosovo, that is AM Invest Group SH.PK, while the owner of this company is another company "am invest group holding ” dooel. On the ARBK website, apart from the name, there is no information about where this company is from, so the country, address, owner, etc. are not known. and this is exactly where the "rabbit sleeps".
But according to " Kosova News ": "As in the case of "Klan Kosova", in hundreds of pages of material provided and issued by the institutions of Kosovo and North Macedonia, surprisingly, the name of the businessman Shkëlqim Devolli does not appear anywhere, even though all opinion knows that this company has been bought by Devollët since 2017. Based on official data, the "paper" owner of ART Motion is Mr. Valon Shala from Peja. According to KosovaNews sources, Mr. Shala works as a marketing manager and head of distributors at Princ Caffe, this company is also assumed to be owned by the Devolls..."

Leke Dukadjini br 33-1 Peč, Država: Srbija", so translated into Albanian: "Street: Lekë Dukadjini no. 33-1, Country: Serbia".
