Accused of violence against Albanian prisoners, a person is arrested in Kosovo. The Kosovo Police in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office have arrested a Serbian citizen identified as Dragisha Milenkovic, who is suspected of having used violence and mistreated Albanian prisoners during the period of the war in Kosovo (1998-1999).
According to the police, he systematically practiced torture, physical and mental violence, ill-treatment and inhumane treatment of Albanians in the prison of Lipjan. It should be noted that these actions were carried out in cooperation with other persons.
It is learned that during the search of the suspect's house, a "Zastava" firearm, 136 9x19mm caliber cartridges, a SOG "Specialty Knives" military knife, a "Taiwan" metal rod, documents, decisions and a mobile phone were seized. .
After his arrest, some citizens of the Serbian community have gathered to express their dissatisfaction by protesting in the center of Gracanica.
