The Court of Appeal has rejected the request of the defense lawyer of the suspect Naim Murseli for the murder of Liridona Ademaj on the evening of November 29 in Pristina.
After confirming the judgment, the Basic Court of Prishtina ordered on December 3 of this year, the measure of detention of 30 days to Liridona's husband, Naim Murseli, as the person who ordered the murder, Granit Plava as the executor and Kushtrim Kokalla as an accomplice.
Meanwhile, we recall that the fourth suspect in connection with this event, citizen TD, was ordered to be detained on December 11. The fourth suspect was arrested on December 9, as he allegedly sold the gun.
"With the decision of the Basic Court in Pristina - Department for Serious Crimes, PPRKR.nr.309/2023 dated 12.12.2023, the defendants NM, GP and KK have been sentenced to detention for a duration of one (1 ) month, due to the well-founded suspicion that the defendant NM committed the criminal offense of complicity to aggravated murder under Article 173, paragraph 1, sub-paragraph 1.3 and 1.4, related to Article 31 of the Criminal Code, the defendant GP, due to the offense criminal aggravated murder from Article 173 paragraph 1, under paragraph 1.4 and 1.6 of the KPRK and the criminal offense each separately of unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons from Article 366 paragraph 1 of the KPRK, as well as the defendant KK due to of the criminal offense of the agreement to commit the criminal offense of aggravated murder from Article 173 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.6 related to Article 35 of the KPRK", the Appeal notice states.
