KLA veteran Asllan Hasanaj said that the attack that took place on Sunday morning in the village of Banjské in the municipality of Zveçan, is directly related to Serbia and Russia, which want to destabilize the situation in Kosovo.

Invited to an interview for Euronews Albania, Hasanaj said that in this way, Russia intends to divert attention to the war it is waging in Ukraine.

"Serbian criminal groups led by Vucic have prepared and brought military arsenals, so the weapons are not from Kosovo, but from criminal groups that sought to destabilize Kosovo. This is directly related to Russia and Serbia, who want to lose attention from the ongoing war against Ukraine", said Asllan Hasanaj.
