Elections in Kosovo, CEC announces final results 

The Central Election Commission has announced the final results for the early elections of December 28. The CEC members approved the results of all political entities except the Serbian List. For the largest political entity of the Serbian community, a separate vote was requested by members of the Vetevendosje Movement. For the Serbian List, there were only three votes in favor and thus it was not approved.

There were also discussions about the Turkish Democratic Party, which won two seats, and its gender representation, as two male candidates were elected. There were discussions about whether the second candidate should be female due to the gender quota, writes A2.

However, its result passed with 9 votes in favor. Regarding the results: The Vetëvendosje Movement received 487,077 votes, or 51.10%, translated into 57 such mandates. The Democratic Party of Kosovo received 192,434 votes, or 20.19%, translated into 22 mandates. The Democratic League of Kosovo received 126,163 votes, or 13.24%, a total of 15 mandates.

The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo received 52,423 votes, or 5.5% and 6 mandates. The distribution of the 20 reserved community seats will be shared between the Serbian List, which received 42,759 votes, or 4.49%, or 9 mandates. For Freedom, Truth and Persistence received 4,862 votes, or 0.51%, and the tenth seat for the Serbian community.

The Kosovo Democratic Turk Party received 5,410 votes or 0.57% or two mandates. The Vakat Coalition received 3,983 votes or 0.42% with one mandate. The New Democratic Initiative of Kosovo received 3,920 votes or 0.41% or one seat. The New Democratic Initiative of Kosovo received 2,769 votes or 0.29% with one seat. The Social Democratic Union received 2,613 votes or 0.27% translated into mandates one mandate. The Egyptian Liberal Party received 2,252 votes or 0.24% with one seat in the Assembly. The PSA received 2,059 votes or 0.22% with one seat. The United Goran Party received 1,547 votes or 0.16% with one seat. The Progressive Roma Movement of Kosovo received 1,173 votes or 0.12% and won one seat.
