
Kosovo citizens voted today to elect the heads of municipalities in 38 cities across the country. Voting centers opened at 07:00 and closed at 19:00. Meanwhile, the first Exit Polls have also been released.
A survey was conducted by the Albanian Post and the Source Institute, with four thousand respondents in six municipalities. The sample was selected to be representative of local voters. According to its data, Pristina goes to a runoff between Përparim Rama and Hajrulla Çeku.
Ardian Gjinin, AAK candidate for mayor of Gjakova, is declared the winner in the first round.
Klan Kosova's Exit Poll has projected that Gjilan will go to a runoff between Alban Hysen of LVV and Arbër Ismajli of LDK. The municipality of Mitrovica is won by Arian Tahiri of PDK based on the Exit Poll results.

Gjakova, Ardian Gjini wins
Klan Kosova's Exit Poll, in collaboration with PIPOS, has projected Ardian Gjini, AAK's candidate for mayor of Gjakova, winner in the first round. Ardian Gola of VV came in second in this projection.

Ferizaj, Agim Aliu wins
Agim Aliu, the PDK candidate for mayor of Ferizaj, is projected as the winner with the former. This, according to the exit poll by Klan Kosova, in collaboration with PIPOS.
