A big fire broke out after midnight near the International Airport of Pristina. The police spokeswoman for the Prishtina region, Flora Ahmeti, said that one person was injured by the flames and several vehicles were burned.
It is learned that the fire broke out in a bar on Airport Road in Go Karting.
"20 parked cars and a business object were involved in the fire. In this case, one person was injured and material damage was caused. The injured person has been sent for medical treatment, while after locating the fire, the police investigators in coordination with the relevant institutions are conducting the investigations about the case which has been described as causing a general danger", said Ahmeti.
According to the head of the Fire Brigade in Pristina Malë Gashi, the fire broke out in a bar. He added that two people suffered burns on their faces and hands during the attempt to extinguish the fire.
"Part of the model was not burned except for the windows that were broken by the temperature. During the attempt to put out the fire, two people suffered burns on their face and hands and were sent to the hospital for treatment" , said Gashi.
