Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son, Justin Combs, are embroiled in a new lawsuit accusing them of the violent gang rape of a woman in Los Angeles. According to the lawsuit, the victim claims she was drugged, held hostage for more than 24 hours and sexually assaulted by three men, including Diddy himself.
The defense has called the charges baseless and motivated by financial gain. Meanwhile, Diddy's trial, which has entered its seventh week, is nearing its conclusion, and the jury is expected to begin considering evidence this Monday.
If convicted, Diddy faces at least 15 years in prison.
