The fierce debate between Edisa and Brikena in the latest television episode has taken an unexpected turn, going beyond the personal clash and entering a much more sensitive public terrain.
In this climate of tension, journalist Elton Tozaj has made statements that have sparked numerous reactions online.
He suggested that behind Edisa's public image may be hidden episodes from the past related to controversial activities.
According to him, while attention has focused on personal connections and public clashes, serious questions are raised regarding Edisa's past activities.
He went further by mentioning concrete elements.
He specifically mentioned massage centers, which allegedly operated in violation of the law in Albania and have been closed down time and time again by the police, as the real purpose was prostitution and not spa:
"Edisa should explain her massage centers that she has had, which are illegal in Albania. Shame on her! There have been famous massage centers like these that are closed down by the police from time to time. Then, it is shameful to see a woman attacking another woman," said Tozaj, among other things, in his interview with a Kosovar media outlet.
