A famous Instagram model has ended up in court and risks prison after falsely accusing Milan star Theo Hernandez of assaulting her.
Luisa Kremleva claimed that she was raped by the footballer in his Porsche Cayenne car near a nightclub in 2017. The Spanish star also claimed that the French player had caused her physical injuries after pushing her out of the car.
She told a newspaper at the time: "I have evidence of the assault which is on my backside and knees. I would really like Teo to apologize, it's the minimum I deserve."
Hernandez, who was never arrested by police, admitted to having sex with her but said it was consensual. At the time, the police looked into the case and the allegations, but did not take any action against the player. This after a court concluded that there was no evidence to support the model's allegations.
Investigators then viewed security camera footage that showed the model collapsing outside the bar with knee injuries she claimed were caused by Theo Hernandez's push. Investigators allege that Kremleva acted maliciously by accusing Hernandez of rape after she refused to go home with him after they had consensual sex in the car. Luisa was arrested in 2020 after not appearing several times in court hearings regarding this case.
But now, the court has revealed that Kremleva will appear before the jury on October 28 in Malaga. The parties involved could cancel the trial if they agreed, but this has not happened. The prosecution requests a 2-year prison sentence and a fine of around 15,000 euros for the model if she is found guilty of defamation and fraud.
