One of the most powerful business figures in Monaco, Hélène Pastor, became the victim of an assassination attempt that later revealed a serious scenario within her family circle .
She was known as the heiress to a large fortune and controlled a significant part of the property market in the principality, but her life was violently cut short in 2014 in the city of Nice.

The prosecution claims that he had paid other people to carry out the attack, at a cost of around 140 thousand euros, motivating the action with financial problems and personal interests.
During the investigation process, he admitted his involvement in the organization. In 2018, the court sentenced him to life imprisonment.
The case became one of the most sensational events in Europe, not only for the victim's wealth, but especially for the fact that suspicion fell on a person who had been part of her family for decades, turning the matter into a serious story of betrayal and interest.
