He lost his life two years ago, the court decides who will inherit Liam Payne's multi-million pound estate

The nine-year-old son of the late singer Liam Payne will be the sole beneficiary of his estate, which is estimated at around £21 million.

According to court documents, the former One Direction member's estate can be immediately used for the needs and well-being of Bear Gray Payne, the son he had with singer Cheryl Tweedy.

Liam Payne did not leave a will when he died on October 16, 2024, after a tragic fall from the third floor of the Casa Sur hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a result, Cheryl Tweedy and music industry lawyer Richard Bray were appointed as administrators of his estate.

Initially, their task was limited to the administration and preservation of the singer's assets. However, a new decision by the competent authorities gives them the opportunity to use part of the funds for his son now, while the rest will be administered through a trust fund until Bear reaches the age of 18.

Liam Payne's assets include his five-bedroom mansion in Chalfont St Giles, which the artist bought in 2021 for £3.25 million. He reportedly chose the property to be closer to his son following his split from Cheryl.
