The father of the former "Big Brother Vip Albania" resident, Jozefin Marku, has 'broken his silence' after the TNT explosion in the Fushë-Kuqe area on the morning of August 26. In his testimony before the police, he categorically denied that he has any personal problems or conflicts and stressed that he is not aware of any similar situation that could involve his son. According to him, the family had no reason to think that they could become the object of such an attack.
The incident took place in the village of Gurëz, where the explosive device was placed at the outer gate of the apartment of citizen MD. Preliminary investigations indicate that the woman had no conflicts with anyone and that she was not a potential target. However, sources from the law enforcement agencies have indicated that the main target of the assassination was Jozefin Marku, but the perpetrators are suspected of having confused the address, placing the explosive device in the wrong apartment.
During the search of the surrounding area, investigators found several old shell casings, which were seized as material evidence. Currently, the police are analyzing any data that may lead to the elucidation of the motive and identification of the perpetrators of this dangerous attack. The investigations remain open, while the Marku family seeks justice and peace.
