One of the most unusual and controversial movements in the world, called the "Rawlian Movement", has regained attention with an idea that continues to sound like a movie script: the construction of an embassy for extraterrestrial beings in Jerusalem.
The movement was created in the 1970s by Claude Vorilho n, known as Rawl , who claims to have had contact with an alien civilization called the “Elohim.” According to him and followers of the movement, these beings are the creators of humanity and will only return to Earth if humans build an official reception complex for them.
Their plan included a diplomatic facility complete with reception areas and even a spaceport, making Jerusalem the ideal location due to its religious and historical symbolism. However, Israeli authorities have repeatedly rejected this request.
Jerusalem thus remains only at the center of this idea, which has never been realized in practice.
