"I've always wanted to look very feminine. Big lips, big curves, they just seem appropriate to me. They're the most feminine and sexy look," says Vienna, a transgender.
She adds new fillers every two to four weeks and regularly travels to Frankfurt, Germany, to be treated by, as she puts it, “the best lip surgeon.” Each trip costs her over $2,000, but she doesn’t hold back as she says: “Beauty is priceless. It’s totally worth it.”
Vienna is active on social media, where she often shares her looks with her followers. But in addition to the attention, she admits that she also faces a lot of hateful comments and judgments.
"I get a lot of hate, especially for my lips or my appearance. But honestly, it's always the same people, women who aren't allowed to do anything by their partners or people who can't afford it economically. It's just jealousy and projection," she stated.
Despite the health risk and numerous criticisms, Vienna emphasizes that she is still far from completing her physical transformations.
