Yesterday evening, within the coded operation "Parts 4", citizens were arrested: Ermand Hoxha, 30 years old, Xhoi Bare, 27 years old, and Kedi Hoxha, 19 years old, all three residents of Tirana.
They were caught with about 800 doses of cocaine and 750 doses of cannabis, ready for sale, 1 electronic scale for weighing the doses, a sum of money obtained from their sale and 3 mobile phones.
One of the arrested is Xhoi Bare, the manager and friend of Efi Dhedhe and at the same time a journalist in Why Not by Roza Lati. We remember that while Efi was part of "BBV", he appeared in interviews as its manager.
He also managed Instagram, even after the first time Efi came out, they were together on vacation in Thailand.
