Artist Florjan Binaj, now a candidate for mayor of Tirana, celebrated his 40th birthday with a long and emotional message, published on social networks.
In this personal reflection, Binaj expresses his gratitude to all the people who have influenced his life and professional journey, from his childhood friends in the Allias neighborhood, his teachers and fellow artists, to his family and wife, Sadina, with whom he has three children.
"I would not be who I am without every companion in my life," Binaj writes, nostalgically recalling key periods such as his time at the Artistic Lyceum, the Academy of Arts, his long experience in television, and his radio projects.
He also praised the figures who have inspired him in the field of art and humor, such as Koço Devole, Zef Deda, Gëzim Kruja and others, while also thanking those who have challenged him throughout his life, saying that "thanks to them, I discovered how strong I am."
At the end of the message, Binaj emphasizes the importance of family and the values inherited from his parents, closing the post with the words:
"Thank you for making me who I am. I love you so much!"
Florjan Binaj, known for two decades in the Albanian comedy and media scene, is one of the most followed public figures and is currently also engaged in politics, as a candidate for mayor of Tirana.
