Spanish model Rachel Reitks has spoken about the strategy that footballers often use when sending personal messages to women on Instagram.
Reitks has 528,000 followers on Instagram and seems to have caught the eye of footballers. However, her history in relationships with athletes is not very impressive.
She suggests that most footballers have reached some sort of agreement in trying to write to farms, speaking to "El Podcast de Druni":
" I think in the locker room they have agreed on how to do this. Everyone does the same thing. They send a "fire" emoji, but they don't react to the posts we publish .
Reitks goes on to explain that those who fail to receive a response then delete their message
" They send it. If they don't get a response, they delete it. Always the same ."
However, Reitks has never had anything romantic with football players due to their stale approach to online flirting:
" I have never had anything with a footballer. They don't appeal to me, especially with these uninteresting attempts to get women to talk to them. It's not for me ."
Reitks thinks the lack of effort from the athletes is due to their status.
She thinks they didn't have to work hard for an answer, given their popularity and name.
