The fourth edition of Big Brother VIP Kosovo officially kicked off yesterday evening, bringing new names to the screen, selected commentators and the introduction of the first residents who will compete for the grand prize.
Renowned singer Leonora Jakupi is one of the new faces of this season. She has accepted the role of opinionator, describing this participation as a completely new experience for her.
"It's a special emotion, a different experience. I had a very difficult time saying 'yes' to this format," said Leonora, who emphasized that her role will be mainly analytical and advisory.
Actress Olta Gixhari returns to the format for the second year in a row, again in the role of opinionator.
"It's a great honor for me. There's nothing more beautiful than being part of such a big reality show," she said.
The first resident of this edition is Hygerta Sako, who was introduced in a symbolic entrance with her eyes closed. Excited, Hygerta said that she feels lucky to be the first to enter and that her wish is to leave only at the end of the game.
Former BBVK resident, Blero Muharremi, introduced the second resident, Benita Zena, who joins the competition with energy and ambition to face the challenges of the format. During the presentation, Blero said that she would only participate in Big Brother again if an edition with the stars of past seasons was organized.
The third person to enter the house is Getoari, who openly spoke about a personal "red line":
"I'm married, so I don't want the girls at home to wait on me," he said humorously, introducing his boundaries from the start.
The next resident is Elijona, who comes as the youngest contestant of this edition.
"If someone touches my weak spots, they'd better disappear," she declared in the introductory clip, hinting that she's ready for any challenge.
